Dr Andrew Fisher
Work with Dr Fisher if you are looking to elevate your daily functioning, with a personalised programme of health promoting behaviours and supplementation to suit you.
Dr Fisher is a general practitioner with over 23 years experience in studying and practicing medicine. He recognises the limitations of NHS primary care in treating established disease and the importance of preventative medicine. This lead him to co-found thelongevitydocs in 2022.
Dr Fisher began studying medicine at University College London in 1999 and developed an interest in neuroanatomy early in his studies: As an undergraduate he undertook a literature review regarding longevity and telomeres, (supervised by Professor Lewis Wolpert) and then went on to work under Nobel prize winner Professor John O’Keefe in 2001, researching hippocampal place cells and spatial memory. Dr Fisher achieved a first class honours degree in Anatomy in 2002.
Dr Fisher has experience working as a GP both in the UK and New Zealand. He continues actively practising as a GP Partner for the past 11 years at Ramsbury Surgery, Wiltshire. He maintains a role teaching primary care in the community for the University of Oxford. He holds a qualification with EMCC at practitioner level for coaching and mentoring.
Dr Angus Tallini
Dr Tallini believes in treating each individual as a whole, not just singling out one particular symptom or condition, but seeing you in the context of your wider lifestyle. Dr Tallini's route through medical training began at Trinity College, Cambridge where he learned basic medical science with an additional year focusing on Immunology and Genetic Pathology, obtaining a 1st class honours degree. For clinical training he moved to Edinburgh University, before beginning his career in Emergency Medicine and Surgical training in London, Bath and Bristol, then finally as a Plastic Surgery trainee in Wellington, New Zealand. He became a General Practitioner in 2005.
In 2o22 Dr Tallini co-founded The Longevity Docs, a lifestyle and health coaching guidance initiative.
